SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our main office in Hong Kong or our European warehouse to most countries by flat rate provided below and depending on the method of shipping you choose the estimated delivery time varies.

Expedited Shipping Worldwide - from 29.00 $US (1 - 3* Business days / excluding Saturdays & Sundays) - Available countries

Delivery time shown at our website is approximate and does not guarantee parcel arrival in this estimated window of time. Please note that it could take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or other issues. Late delivery is not an excuse for returning the package at our expense.
In the event that package is late or stranded at customs office due to clearance, please contact the courier service which is handling the package or customs office of your country for clarification of the situation and other details. Please be aware that once the package leaves our office, we have no control over it and we are relying on the track number just like you (receiver) for updates of its whereabouts.
For Economy shipping option the tracking is limited to key events such as - Acceptance of a package > Transit > Delivered. If the package is not delivered within 4 weeks after posting, we will launch an investigation with government post (service for economy shipping) upon addressee request to do so. Investigation takes approximately 1-3 weeks and based on the official investigation report, actions will be taken accordingly. 

For Expedited shipping option the tracking is more detailed, and package can be traced fairly precise to last known location as well as Proof of Delivery. If the package is not delivered within estimated time, please contact the courier service who is handling the package. Sometimes, the courier will reach out to customers via e-mail for additional information regarding the customs clearance. The e-mail from courier can be in your "SPAM" folder, so please check it from time to time if you're expecting a package. Tracking information is sent to customer when order is fulfilled, please pay attention to this information.
In the event that the package was not delivered and the customer has been in touch with courier service about it already, next step is to contact us to launch an investigation with the courier. Depending on the country, the investigation can take between 1-7 weeks and based on the official investigation report appropriate actions will be taken. 

Notwithstanding this, destination postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic, and delays in mail delivery are expected regardless method of shipping.

 

Economy shipping

The order must not exceed the total amount of 190 USD to be eligible for Economy shipping option.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping to some countries is more expensive than our flat shipping rate 29.99 USD due to the courier tariff raise.


European Union new VAT rules 1st of July 2021

Dear customers,

Starting 1st of July 2021 the new VAT rules are implemented in EU.
We apologize, but it takes time to adjust our operations according to the new rules. For the time being we will continue ship packages valued at 160 Euros (180 USD) or greater to EU member countries, but packages valued under this amount will not. 

To place an order at our website to any of the following countries, please make sure the order amount is 160 Euros (180 USD) or greater.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We use DDU declaration process.

  • Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
